AMX- Stronger Together: AMX Team Building Experience
As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our organizational culture and promote employee engagement, the AMX team recently participated in a team-building activity designed to foster collaboration, connection, and a strong sense of belonging.
The activity consisted of a friendly soccer match in which the entire AMX team took part. Teams were intentionally formed with members from different departments, encouraging cross-functional interaction, teamwork, and inclusive participation. This approach allowed employees to collaborate outside of their usual roles, reinforcing trust, communication, and a shared team spirit across the organization.
Following the match, the team gathered for a casual dinner, providing an additional opportunity for connection and informal interaction. The evening concluded with a gift exchange, further strengthening camaraderie and reinforcing the value of appreciation and community within the team.
This initiative reflects our commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for our people to connect beyond daily operations, promoting a positive work environment where collaboration, inclusion, and well-being are actively encouraged. Activities like this contribute to stronger internal relationships and support our broader objective of building a cohesive, engaged, and high-performing team at AMX.
AMX- Community Support Initiative: Donation to Casa Hogar Naandi (Fundación Santa María del Tepeyac A.C.)
During Q4 2025, Advantech Mexico successfully completed a community support initiative focused on social impact and child welfare, reinforcing our commitment to ESG principles and responsible corporate citizenship.
In December 2025, AMX made a targeted donation to Casa Hogar Naandi, operated by Fundación Santa María del Tepeyac A.C., a non-profit civil organization founded in 1997. The foundation provides shelter, education, nutrition, medical care, and psychological support to girls living in situations of abandonment, violence, malnutrition, and social vulnerability in the Guadalajara metropolitan area.
The donation was executed based on a needs assessment list provided directly by the foundation, ensuring that contributions addressed priority and essential requirements for daily care and well-being. This approach allowed AMX to deliver meaningful and practical support aligned with real community needs.
Currently, Casa Hogar Naandi operates four residential homes supporting 41 girls and 20 families, offering a safe environment and comprehensive development programs. Through this initiative, AMX contributed to strengthening the foundation’s capacity to continue delivering critical services to vulnerable children.
In compliance with child protection and privacy policies, no photographs of the children were taken. However, photographic evidence of the donated items and delivery process is available and can be shared as supporting material.
This initiative reflects AMX’s commitment to ethical engagement, social responsibility, and community partnership, while also fostering internal awareness and alignment with ESG values among employees.
