In November 2025, the AIN HR team organized a Badminton Tournament as part of its ongoing employee well-being and engagement initiatives. The event brought together three teams, fostering healthy competition, collaboration, and a strong sense of community across functions.
The tournament reflected AIN’s commitment to employee health, wellness, and active lifestyles, encouraging employees to stay physically fit while embracing the spirit of sportsmanship beyond the workplace. Participation across teams demonstrated high energy, mutual respect, and inclusivity, reinforcing a positive and supportive work environment.
Team leaders played a critical role in coordinating and supporting their teams, ensuring smooth execution and broad participation. Their involvement helped strengthen leadership connection and cross-functional collaboration.
Aligned with Advantech’s ESG and people-centric values, this initiative contributed to employee well-being, engagement, and social connection, highlighting how meaningful activities beyond daily work can enhance morale, teamwork, and long-term organizational sustainability.

ABR Blue November Campaign
During the Blue November campaign, ABR brought employees together for a special session focused on raising awareness about men’s health. The talk offered valuable insights on prevention, regular check-ups, and healthy habits that make a real difference in everyday life.
To complement this learning experience, each participant received a special gift, reinforcing that care, information, and support are essential parts of our culture.

2025年ASZ整洁大赛活动回顾
时光荏苒,2025年已悄然接近尾声,2026年的钟声即将敲响。值此岁末之际,我们迎来ASZ一年一度的整洁大赛。本次活动延续往届传统,将ASZ office划分为7个Team,并特别邀请7位同仁担任组长,确保活动有序开展。
12月8日,整洁大赛正式拉开帷幕。在各位组长的精心组织下,全体同仁积极响应,全身心投入工位整理与公共区域清洁工作。其中,EIoT TSO部门表现尤为突出,在主管们的带领下,团队成员齐心协力,对工位进行全面整理:废弃物品及时清理,办公用品整齐归位,灰尘污渍彻底清除。MKT部门更是全员出动,对库房进行深度整理,将闲置物品逐一清理,为库房腾出更多空间。其他各部门同仁也纷纷行动起来,认真整理自己的工位,共同营造整洁舒适的办公环境。
12月13日,为进一步提升office整体环境,特邀专业清洁公司对地毯和地砖进行深度清洗,同时安排保洁人员对office门窗、墙壁进行全面清洁。针对阳台高处玻璃难以自行清洁的问题,请物业高空作业师傅进行专业处理,确保office每一个角落都焕然一新。
12月18日,整洁大赛迎来最终检查环节。经过各位组长的认真评选,最终评选出两个最美工位,分别由EIoT COM部门的洛文和EIoT TSO部门的晓雪获得。同时,EIOT MKT & HR IT部门凭借整洁的办公环境,荣获最美团队称号。
此次整洁大赛得到全体同仁的大力支持,大部分工位都整理得井井有条。评选过程中,组长们经过反复斟酌和认真讨论,最终确定获奖名单。然而,我们也深知,此次活动中还有许多优秀的工位和团队同样值得称赞。希望未来能够发掘更多优秀的“整洁人才”!
