全球共慶國際婦女節，激發女性影響力
3月8日是國際婦女節（International Women’s Day），不僅是對女性成就的讚揚，更是一個推動性別平等與社會進步的重要時刻。這一天提醒我們關注女性在職場、教育、科技及社會各領域的貢獻，並思考如何打造更加多元、平等、包容的環境，讓每位女性都能發揮潛能。
為了響應這一精神，研華總部特別舉辦兩場全球講座活動，以「The Power of Resilience: How Women Overcome Adversity and Embark on Fulfilling Careers」為題，邀請來自6個不同RBU的研華女性夥伴、來分享她們的職涯經歷，在不同國家文化中遇到的艱困挑戰與如何克服的心路歷程，激勵全球同仁突破自我、發揮影響力。
此外，海外分公司也熱烈響應，透過座談會、分享會及各項慶祝活動，共同表達對女性同仁的支持與肯定。
